Lahore: The ceremony of completion of the Quran by Hafiz Ahsan Ikram, a student of Al-Mumtaz Madrasa Taalim-ul-Islam, “Mahfil Noor-e-Quran”, was held in a very spiritual and academic atmosphere, in which a large number of scholars, reciters of the Quran, and dignitaries of the area participated.
Addressing the ceremony, Allama Dr. Kamran Siddique Noori said that the Holy Quran is a bright path for humanity and the darkness of ignorance can be dispelled forever with its light. The Holy Quran is a book that provides light to hearts, enlightens minds and protects man from all evil and temptation. Every society that follows the injunctions of the Quran, there is an atmosphere of peace, love and brotherhood.
Qari Sarfaraz Ahmed Langah, Qari Imtiaz, Qari Danish, Umari Qadri, Qari Badal Razaman, Seth Muhammad Akram, Seth Muhammad Asghar and other dignitaries attended the ceremony and congratulated Hafiz Ahsan Ikram on this academic and spiritual achievement.
The participants appreciated the hard work, dedication and determination of the Hafiz Quran and prayed that Allah Almighty would grant him the ability to spread His teachings. Along with the recitation of the Holy Quran, soulful Naats were also presented in the ceremony, which made the gathering more meaningful and impactful. At the end of the gathering, Hafiz Ahsan Ikram also thanked the participants and prayed that Allah Almighty would grant them the ability to understand and act on the Quran.
