Islamabad: The Special Central Judge has rejected the Adiala Jail Superintendent’s review petition for forcing the PTI founder to speak to children.
Islamabad’s Special Central Judge, Shahrukh Arjumand, heard the PTI founder’s requests to speak to his children and undergo a medical check-up, during which relevant authorities appeared before the court.
After the hearing, the court also rejected the review petition filed by the Adiala Jail Superintendent against the court’s decision to allow the PTI founder to speak to his children over the phone.
In addition, the court also ordered a check-up with the PTI founder’s personal doctor.
Justice Shahrukh Arjumand ruled that the court orders of January 10, January 28, and February 3 must be implemented. The court issued the order only after examining all the facts.
It should be noted that the court had previously ordered Imran Khan to speak to the children and conduct a medical checkup.
