Karachi: Gold prices have reached a historic high for the second consecutive day.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold in the country increased by Rs. 8,600 per tola today, pushing the rate to Rs. 348,000 per tola.
The association also reported that the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs. 7,373, bringing it to Rs. 298,353.
Meanwhile, in the international market, the price of gold increased by $46, reaching $3,310 per ounce.
It is worth noting that just yesterday, the gold price had increased by Rs. 600, bringing it to Rs. 339,400 per tola.
