Gauri Khan, wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has sold her 2000 square feet apartment in Dadar West for 116 million Indian Rupees.
The Khan family had moved to a relatively smaller apartment after shifting from their iconic mansion Mannat.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently planning to expand Mannat, which is expected to undergo renovation over the next two years.
Reports suggest that Gauri’s decision to sell the apartment is linked to financing these renovations. The apartment, which Gauri purchased in August 2022 for 83 million Indian Rupees, has now been sold for a profit of 31 million Indian Rupees.
