Colombo: A military helicopter crashed in Sri Lanka, killing 6 people.
According to foreign media, there were a total of 12 people on board the helicopter ‘Bell 212’ and the helicopter crashed in the Maduro Oya reservoir in Sri Lanka.
According to the report, 6 people on board the helicopter, including Sri Lankan special forces and air force personnel, were killed, while 6 people were injured.
A spokesman for the Sri Lankan Air Force said that the helicopter was going to practice the passing out parade when the accident occurred.
According to the report, Sri Lankan authorities have so far refused to say anything about the causes of the accident.
