DG ISPR Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that last night too, India launched attacks in different areas of Pakistan, which were thwarted by the Pakistan Army by taking timely actions.
DG ISPR Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that India sent Israeli-made Herop drones to 25 locations near Lahore, Chakwal, Rawalpindi, Attock, Bahawalpur, Chhor, Miano, Gujranwala and Karachi, which were destroyed by Pakistan by taking timely actions. The wreckage of the destroyed Indian drones is present in the relevant areas. The Israeli-made drones were shot down by soft-kill and hard-kill weapons.
The Pakistan Army spokesman said that 4 Pakistan Army officers were injured in Lahore, while a civilian was martyred in the Mianwali area of Sindh, in addition to this, all the drones were destroyed.
DG ISPR said that on May 6 and 7, India made the mistake of attacking Pakistan, for which it had to suffer heavy losses, India is close to losing all avenues of wisdom, India was given a befitting reply to the attacks carried out late at night.
He said that the world is watching, India is not only endangering the peace of this region but also of the entire world, we are not only determined to control such aggression but also have the full capacity to control it.
It should be remembered that on the night of May 6 and 7, India targeted the civilian population in Muzaffarabad, Kotli and Bagh, as well as Muridke and Shigargarh in Azad Kashmir, martyring 31 Pakistanis and injuring 57.
Pakistan’s armed forces responded befittingly to Indian aggression, destroying 5 Indian aircraft, including 3 Rafale aircraft. The Pakistan Army also destroyed several Indian check posts in occupied Kashmir.
