Wimbledon 2026 Semi-Finals Today: Djokovic Faces Sinner, Zverev Takes on Arthur Fery

London: The men’s singles semi-finals at Wimbledon 2026 will be played today, with Novak Djokovic taking on defending champion Jannik Sinner in the headline clash. The other semi-final will see Germany’s Alexander Zverev face Britain’s Arthur Fery.

Fans will be looking forward to the second semi-final, in which star player Novak Djokovic of Serbia, who is trying to win his 25th Grand Slam title, will face defending champion Yannick Sinner of Italy.

In the second semi-final, Britain’s Arthur Ashe and Germany’s Alexander Zverev will compete.

If we talk about the semi-final between Djokovic and Yannick Sinner, then fans are most interested in this match. These two players have faced each other a total of eleven times in their careers, in which Sinner has won six matches and Djokovic has won five matches.

These two players have played each other three times on the Wimbledon court, in which Djokovic has won twice while Sinner has won once.

The two had also faced each other in the semi-finals of the previous edition, in which Sinner had won and blocked Djokovic’s path to the decisive match, meaning that now Djokovic has every chance to avenge this defeat.

Sinner’s most recent defeat against Djokovic came in the semi-finals of the Australian Open in January this year.

The first semi-final is no less important from the point of view of the host country England, in which their player, wildcard holder Arthur Ferry, is playing against another experienced player, Alexander Zverev of Germany.

These two players will be playing against each other for the first time in their careers.
