Lahore: Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Registrar of Minhaj University Lahore, has been appointed as the convener of the Standing Committee on Higher Education for the years 2025 and 2026 by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the official notification of which was issued yesterday.
While giving him this responsibility, the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry has expressed the hope that educationist Dr. Khurram Shahzad will organize a meaningful dialogue between higher educational institutions and the business community as well as assist in policy formulation so that the Chamber of Commerce can formulate such policies in which maximum business and job opportunities can be created for educated youth and practical skills can be provided to them.
Dr. Khurram Shahzad thanked the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and said that God willing, in collaboration with the officials of the Chamber, an active relationship will be established between the educational sector and the industrial sector so that our young generation can play their role as businessmen for the economic stability of our dear country.
