Lahore: A new and visionary networking forum called ‘House of Wisdom’ has been formally established in the capital of the UK, London, to bring together the academic, intellectual and professional capabilities of Muslim professionals. The creator and motivator of this forum is young scholar Sheikh Hammad Mustafa Al-Madani Al-Qadri, who has expressed his determination to make this platform a center for collective building of Muslim intelligence, mutual cooperation, higher professional training and useful knowledge exchange.
The opening ceremony was held in Westminster, London, in which British political and social figures specially participated. The distinguished guests included Baroness Saeeda Warsi, Member of British Parliament Naz Shah MP (UK Trade Envoy for Indonesia and ASEAN Region) and Indonesian Ambassador to the UK Dr. Dusra Prachaya. The dignitaries described the establishment of the “House of Wisdom” as an important step towards recognizing the capabilities of Muslim professionals and strengthening their global role. The event was attended by hundreds of professionals from various fields, including senior partners, financial experts, lawyers, policymakers, journalists, teachers, business leaders, IT experts, doctors and prominent figures associated with the creative industries. The participants also included many individuals who have achieved significant achievements in their fields and have an effective role at the global level.

In his address, Sheikh Hammad Mustafa Al-Qadri, while explaining the purpose and objectives of the “House of Wisdom”, said that the main objective of this forum is to effectively and coherently showcase the academic, moral and professional capabilities of the Muslim community in the global scenario.
He said that according to the requirements of the modern era, Muslim professionals not only need world-class expertise but also a platform that plays a role of a bridge in their guidance and mutual cooperation. On this occasion, Sheikh Hammad also officially launched his new book “Past and Present: How Muslims Enrich Our Society”.

The book presents a comprehensive, research-based and reference-based review of the services of Muslim scholars, scientists and civilizational builders from the golden age of Islam to the present century.
During his speech, he also presented an 8-point roadmap for Muslim professionals for the next decade, which includes leadership development, skill development, global cooperation, empowerment, modern research, ethical training and new networking opportunities.
The participants described this roadmap as a strong intellectual foundation for the contemporary Muslim community. The highlight of the event was a panel discussion titled “Where do Muslims stand today?” in which Sheikh Hammad Mustafa and Baroness Saeeda Warsi gave insightful talks on global challenges, Muslim identity, social role and future direction.

The academic session was hosted by renowned social and business personality Mohebeen Hussain MBE, whose questions gave further depth and intellectual direction to the discussion.
The executive team of the “House of Wisdom” played a central role in the successful organization of the event, which included Mohebeen Hussain MBE, Barrister Vikas Hussain, Adil Khan, Haroon Khan, Hassan Qadri, Syed Ali Abbas Bukhari, Dr. Zahid Iqbal, Moazzam Raza, Adnan Sohail and others.
