Pakistan has set a condition for playing the remaining matches of Asia Cup, making it clear that if match referee Andy Pycroft is not removed, the national team will not play any more matches in Asia Cup.
According to sources, Pakistan has officially informed the International Cricket Council (ICC) against the match referee.
Sources have said that Pakistan has officially decided that Pakistan will not play the remaining matches in Asia Cup until the match referee is removed.
Chairman PCB and Chairman Asian Cricket Council Mohsin Naqvi wrote in a tweet on the social networking website ‘X’ that PCB has filed a complaint with the ICC.

Mohsin Naqvi said in a tweet that the PCB has informed the ICC that the match referee has violated the ICC Code of Conduct and MCC rules.
The Pakistan Cricket Board chairman further said that the PCB has demanded that the match referee be removed from the Asia Cup immediately.
Sources have said that the Asian Cricket Council is also likely to impose fines on the Indian team.
It should be noted that after defeating Pakistan in the Asia Cup yesterday, the Indian team did not shake hands with the Pakistani players, violating the sportsman spirit.
According to the Pakistan team spokesperson, the match referee had requested the captains not to shake hands even at the time of the toss.
Later, Pakistani captain Salman Ali Agha also did not attend the closing ceremony in protest against Indian behavior.
In addition, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav brought politics into the game, naming the victory against Pakistan as the Pahalgam incident.
In the post-match presentation, Suryakumar Yadav, while flouting the rules of cricket, said, “I attribute today’s victory to the Pahalgam incident. It is a gift from us to the Indian Army against Pakistan.”
What happened when you went to shake hands with the Indians? Pakistan head coach tells the whole story
Pakistan white ball head coach Mike Hesson expressed disappointment over the Indian team not shaking hands with the Pakistani players in the Asia Cup match between Pakistan and India.
Speaking at a press conference after the match, Mike Hesson said that the Pakistani players were ready to maintain the spirit of the game through the traditional handshake but their opponents (Indian team) did not shake hands.
He said, “Obviously, we were ready to shake hands at the end of the game, we were disappointed that our opposition did not do so, we went there to shake hands but they (Indian players) were already heading towards the dressing room.
Mike Hesson said that it was a sad way to end the game, we were not satisfied with our game, yet we had no problem shaking hands.
Apart from this, when Pakistani captain Salman Ali Agha and coach Mike Hesson reached the Indian camp, no Indian player came out.
The head coach also talked about the absence of Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha from the post-match presentation and linked it to the controversy over not shaking hands.
He said that obviously the situation was such that there were disappointing feelings, at that time such a situation had arisen, we were ready to shake hands but the Indian team did not do so.
It should be noted that there is an old tradition of cricket that after the match, the players of both teams shake hands with each other and after the toss, the captain definitely shakes hands. But the Indian team forgot this basic tradition of the game this time.
It should be noted that India defeated Pakistan by 7 wickets in the Asia Cup match.
