Pakistan has rejected the provocative statements of the Indian Prime Minister and said that Modi’s statement is tantamount to jeopardizing peace efforts in the region, linking the desire for a ceasefire to Pakistan is a lie.
The Foreign Office spokesperson has said that the Indian Prime Minister’s statements are a reflection of political opportunism and are tantamount to jeopardizing peace efforts in the region.
The Foreign Office spokesperson said that Pakistan is committed to reducing tension in the region, the ceasefire was possible due to the efforts of many friendly countries, linking the desire for a ceasefire to Pakistan is a lie.
The Foreign Ministry said that the accusation that Pakistan is asking for a ceasefire in frustration and failure is a complete lie.
He said that Pakistan’s role in counter-terrorism is recognized globally, while they want a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir issue in accordance with UN resolutions and the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
The Foreign Office spokesperson said that India should prioritize regional stability and the well-being of its people.
It should be noted that last evening, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had addressed the Indian nation after the defeat by Pakistan, in which he said that blackmail would not be done with the threat of a nuclear attack.
Modi said to cool the anger of the Indian nation that the new normal is that India will respond immediately to an attack on itself, water and blood cannot flow together, trade, negotiations and terrorism cannot go together.
He gave the Indian nation a lollipop that if negotiations are held with Pakistan, they will be on ending terrorism and if there is a discussion on Kashmir, it will be on Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
